Dealer Audit Services was established to assist manufacturers, distributors, and importers worldwide in auditing their dealer network in the areas of sales, service, warranty, parts and corporate identity. We provide an independent, professional and friendly approach to the audit requirements of both passenger and commercial vehicle manufacturers, distributors and importers.

The setup of a new audit process is made simple with us. We make the transition to dealer auditing simple, smooth and low impact. Assistance includes help writing bulletins, notifications and any required guidelines.
The results will provide all the necessary motivation for both the manufacturer/distributor and the dealer network to continue with the process. We assist you and the dealer pre and post audit.

Remote Audits or 'Desktop Audits' were introduced as a means of providing an ongoing audit process at a fraction of the cost to our clients. Remote Audits are simplier, easier and cause minimal disruption to all parties involved.

Corporate Identity

Corporate Identity Audits ensure all retailers are adhering to the franchise’s current global standards, policies and procedures. CI Audits looks at the whole organisation and its compliance with facility, sales, service, parts, vehicle storage, battery care, lead management, customer realtionship management and staff training standards.

Sales Audits

Sales Audits monitor the use or misuse and/or misinterpretation of any Sales Incentives given by the Manufacturer. Sales Audits identify retailers that are currently operating in-line with the manufacturer's policies and procedures and those that are acting inappropriately.

Warranty Audits
